At the Watches & Wonders 2021, TAG Heuer caught the eye by introducing the Aquaracer model with an extraordinary update.
This new model is called TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300. Designed for work, play and adventure in the great outdoors, it is a pure symbol of TAG Heuer’s fearless avant-garde spirit with a striking and instantly recognizable aesthetic.

The update that occurs is on the bezel. The designers kept the basic shape and expanded it, integrating scratch-resistant ceramic inserts throughout the collection and making the bezel easier to grip and rotate. The rotation mechanism is smoother, quieter and easier to adjust.
They also improved the quality of the sapphire glass, integrating a date magnifier at the 6 o’clock position into the bottom of the glass. This also makes the date easier to read from a wider angle.
Further updates were then made to the overall look and readability of the watch. This new model features a wider, sword-shaped hour hand and a smaller minute hand, making the distinction between the two hands more readable in low light conditions.
The overall shape of this latest Aquaracer model has become thinner and lighter. The case, bezel and metal strap have all been made slimmer, without sacrificing the watch’s core performance features, such as water resistance up to 300 meters (30 bar), while increasing the durability.
The lugs are now shorter, while the edges of the case have been chamfered and polished to add more harmony to the watch’s overall look.
At the first launch, there will be seven references in two sizes. Four references will have a case diameter of 43mm, and the other three references will have a case measuring 36mm. Each reference features a new integrated metal strap design, equipped with a very sophisticated adjustment system that can increase or decrease the strap length by up to 1.5 cm.
